Under Washington State Law you have the right to exclusive representation. All agents are Buyer's Agent's unless they are the Listing Agent, or the Seller's themselves, or opt out of agency via a written customer agreement. Your agent or licensee is also required by law to provide you with a copy of the pamphlet "The Law of Real Estate Agency" before they provide you with any real estate services.

The agents that truly care about their clients are proud of the service they provide to bring success to their clients. There is personal satisfaction for a job well done, happiness they bring to their clients, and the potential for future business or referrals from their satisfied clients.
