WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH A CRS

 

There are many designations out there, but there is one that stands above them all. That designation is the CRS designation. It stands for Certified Residential Specialist. It is so prestigious and so difficult to obtain that less than 5% of Realtors nationwide hold this coveted designation.

 

To earn this designation requires many hours of advanced training and education, a required number of real estate transactions, and a minimum number of years as a Realtor. The Council of Residential Specialists created this designation of committed professionals to our industry for two reasons.

 

First, to set the CRS Realtor apart from their peers. The CRS designation illustrates that this Realtor is at the top of their profession. They have the marketing expertise, technological expertise and the experience, comittment and ethics to bring quality and comprehensive service to buyers and sellers.

 

Secondly, it allows the consumer to distinguish the best from the good. It gives the consumer a way to measure their agent's worth and not just rely on their claims. They know their agent is among the elite in the industry with the skill and knowledge required to get them a maximum return on their sale or the best deal possible on their purchase.
